Memphis Engineering is an engineering and project advisory firm based in Conakry, Guinea. We support infrastructure projects across mining, transport and logistics — bringing local expertise and operational knowledge to each engagement.
Founded to address a clear need: infrastructure projects in Guinea require both technical rigour and deep local knowledge. We combine these two dimensions across our work in engineering, advisory and project management.
We work with mining operators, developers and public institutions on projects where technical depth and ground-level understanding both matter.
01 / Advisory
We support the development of infrastructure projects from early studies through to financial and contractual structuring — including feasibility, stakeholder coordination and project documentation.
02 / Engineering
We provide engineering management and technical oversight on infrastructure projects, acting as the client's technical representative or interface with contractors and EPC groups.
03 / Delivery
We set up and run project management offices for infrastructure clients, supporting programme coordination, reporting, risk tracking and stakeholder management.

Engineering and advisory services on mining-related infrastructure in Guinea — haul roads, rail interfaces, port logistics and associated civil works.
